Can Roamplan make reservations?
No. Roamplan is planning software, not a travel agency or tour operator. You make every reservation directly with the relevant third party.
Why should I verify an itinerary?
Opening times, prices, closures, public transport and entry conditions change. Confirm every time-sensitive detail using the official operator or authority before travel.
Are route sketches navigation maps?
No. They only illustrate area grouping and sequence. They are not to scale, may be geographically imprecise and must not be used for navigation.
How do I cancel?
Open the secure customer portal from Pricing using your billing email. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Do allowances roll over?
No. Image and plan allowances reset each billing period. There are no stored credits or top-up packages.
Can children use Roamplan?
Children under 13 may not use the service. Users aged 13–17 need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Need a person?
Include the account email and a concise description. Never send complete card data, passwords, passport numbers or detailed health records.
